How to Order

  1. Enter product in the search box on the home page or choose from our Product Categories page, where you’ll find your medication name alphabetically.
  2. Select the strength & quantity and add it to cart.  Continue shopping.
  3. Direct yourself to the checkout page where you will be asked for your Shipping & Billing information.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer, you can log in or visit our lost password recovery page to reset your personal password.

Our payment provider – Genie Gateway-  will recognize you as a returning customer from your cell phone number. If you have changed Financial Institutions, recently please contact Customer Service at 1-888-355-8030.

New Customers

New customers will enter their billing and shipping address and choose a password with their first order. Please use your cell phone number as your contact number.

  • Online Payment

    Our online payment partner, Genie Gateway, will set up your account in a secure server and use your cell number as your account number to complete your purchase.
  • Electronic cheque

    A nine-digit routing number and bank account number are required to create an electronic cheque. You are asked to complete this information in full to move to the next step.

    An email will be sent to your email address for your account for you to authorize the payment. Cheques are made payable  to Sunrise Connex Ltd.  As soon as you have authorized payment, a confirmation email will be sent.  If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

    Note that all of your confidential information is stored securely and will never be given out to anyone!

    Cheque payments are printed and deposited. Your Banking Institution takes 4-5  Days for your cheque to clear your account.
