As you shop at Sunrise Connex and add items to your cart, we keep track of your order so that we can give you the best shipping rates possible. Once you have started the checkout process, we will calculate world-wide shipping to your door. We charge a flat rate fee based on the total cost of your order.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

We monitor shipping times and try to give the best real-world estimates. Please understand that these are guidelines and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as international border delays, regional events, seasonal mail volume fluctuations and holidays.

Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number via email. You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the Orders section.

How Does My Order Get Shipped?

We use the following postal carriers to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible when it leaves our warehouse. Our shipping department will ensure all orders are packaged securely so that your products arrive just as effective as the day they ship!

  • United Status – USPS
  • United Kingdom – Royal Mail or Parcel Force
  • Australia – Australia Post

Please note that our current estimated shipping times are about  3-4 weeks due to Covid crisis to all countries.

Returns & Exchanges

Medication cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.

It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at support@sunriseconnex.com with your order number and if you have any issues. A Sunrise Connex customer service representative will contact you to help with your order.

Order Not Received

Please contact us immediately if you have not received your medication after 45 days of placing your order.

Unclaimed Product

We will not reship or refund any orders that are not claimed from the post office. If, for example, you are on holidays and the package is not picked up, the post office may return it to us as undelivered. In this case, we have taken every reasonable action to deliver the order to you, and a refund is not applicable.  We will not re-ship or refund if you have given us an incorrect shipping address. We will not refund any orders that have been shipped because we have no way of cancelling the order at this point.

Returned Product

We have a reasonable assumption that our customers either have a prescription or have consulted a health care professional before ordering medications. Medications cannot be returned. Our staff is not allowed to give medical advice. Always consult a professional before ordering prescription medication.
