Orders, Payments And Credit Card Information
When collected for the purpose of payment for merchandise at Sunrise Connex, your banking information is stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. A Check 22 will be created from your bank account information for your purchase once the system has all your information (such as billing, shipping and bank account information).
The banking information stored in your account will not be visible to Sunrise Connex Customer Service Representatives. Providing your information to Sunrise Connex as payment for the product(s) states that you agree to your purchase of the selected product(s).
You may not pay, or attempt to pay for the products on our Site with a fraudulent or false information.
You are required to provide a password upon creating a personal account with Sunrise Connex. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password.
Your password allows you authorized access and use of our Site, pertaining to these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased with your personal account information. It is your responsibility to notify Sunrise Connex immediately if you believe someone has access to your password and personal account.
Sunrise Connex may correct errors which appear on the Site, or refuse any orders that have been received in association with such errors. In addition, Sunrise Connex reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed at any time.
Order Confirmation And Acceptance
You authorize that all information you provide to Sunrise Connex at the time of placing an order for all merchandise for sale on our Site, and in relation to an order made using our Site, is genuine and correct.
Receiving a receipt of your order with confirmation from Sunrise Connex does not indicate the acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. If you wish to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order and it has not yet been fulfilled by Sunrise Connex, you will not be charged for the items that have been cancelled, and you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the order at the time it has already been fulfilled, we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order instead.
Sunrise Connex also reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided fraudulent credit card information, or an unauthorized credit card, if your method of payment is declined, if you’ve provided false personal information or if the product you’ve ordered is no longer available. Sunrise Connex agrees to notify you upon the cancellation of your order.
At times, our best-selling brands can experience a higher than usual inventory turnover. Our best efforts are taken to reduce the occurrence of an item becoming unavailable, however, we cannot guarantee that an item will not become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer at the time you have placed an order for the same item. In this event, Sunrise Connex reserves the right to issue a credit for future orders or provide an appropriate replacement with the consent of the customer.
Sunrise Connex delivers exclusively to the U.S. Australia, and the UK. typically within 3-4 weeks. Upon delivery, the courier may request a signature.
If you’re not present at the shipping address provided by you when the courier attempts to deliver your order, your merchandise may be left at the front door of the address provided if the driver deems it to be safe. Your order may otherwise be left at the nearest courier depot for pick up. The courier will notify you of the whereabouts of your order with a slip on your door or in your mailbox.
